This course provides aviation store and procurement personnel with essential knowledge on identifying, handling, and reporting Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs). Participants will study international guidance including FAA AC 21-29D, EASA SIB 2017-13R1, UK CAA Leaflet B-130, and ICAO Doc 9760, alongside best practices for store and procurement teams. The program combines videos, official documents, key notes, audio discussions, and quizzes to build awareness and practical skills. Special focus is given to real-world examples of bogus parts and how they enter the supply chain. By the end of the course, learners will understand their role as the first line of defense in aviation safety and be able to apply proper quarantine, reporting, and compliance procedures to protect aircraft and passengers.
