Aviation safety begins with knowing how to recognize and prevent Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs) from entering the supply chain.
This course equips aviation professionals with the knowledge to identify suspected unapproved and counterfeit parts, recognize documentation and traceability red flags, and apply proper quarantine, reporting, and compliance procedures in aviation procurement, technical stores, and quality operations.
Through videos, real-world case studies, official regulatory guidance, and knowledge assessments, participants develop practical skills based on FAA AC 21-29D, EASA SIB 2017-13R1, UK CAA Leaflet B-130, GCAA SA 2014-05 SUP Issue 02, and ICAO Doc 9760. The course strengthens awareness of supply chain risks and builds the confidence to act as the first line of defense in aviation safety and supply chain integrity.
